At PatioFurniture.com we strive to provide you all the information and pictures about a product possible to help you make an informed decision. However, we understand that furniture doesn’t always fit exactly as planned. Rest assured our goal is to provide you only the highest quality merchandise and customer service.

Non-Damaged Items Policy

At PatioFurniture.com we want to make buying online seamless and easy. We travel the world seeking the highest quality outdoor furniture available. Time is taken to inspect every order for accuracy and quality. PFC encourages each customer to measure the area to be furnished as well as access and entry to those areas to be sure your furniture’s size is appropriate for your available space. Colors may appear differently on any monitor and we suggest requesting fabric and finish samples to be confident of your choice. Every order is custom made for your area so in the case an item is not what you expected we will arrange for return of that item (less shipping and handling) but may be subject to a restocking fee up to 50% of the cost of the item to be returned. This fee is used to prepare the returned items for resale. All return authorizations must be followed to ensure proper credit. To return an item you must contact customer service within 7 days of the receipt of your order at 888-3-PATIO-5 or email at info@patiofurniture .com to be eligible for a return. Customer service will process your request and give you instructions for your items return. The item must be received by PFC in unused condition and in its original packaging. Any refused order will be subject to the restocking fee. We stand behind the quality of everything we sell. Your satisfaction with our products is our number one goal.

Damaged Items Policy

Please call 888-3-PATIO-5 or e-mail us at info@patiofurniture.com for a Damaged Item Claim within 7 DAYS of receiving a damaged item. If you do not report a damaged item to us within the required 7 days you will be eligible for the non damaged return policy only. Please be prepared to provide digital photography highlighting the damaged items. Once a determination is made PFC will provide instructions for the products return. A replacement item or service call will be arranged at our discretion and at no charge to you. Many times our experienced furniture technicians can repair your furniture to "new" with very little effort.
