Order Processing

PatioFurniture.com strives to ship its orders as quickly as possible and generally within 2 business days. We make use of multiple warehouses as well as manufacturer inventory to expedite processing and minimize ship time. Due to our multiple shipping points, at this time, we are unable to provide you an exact online delivery timeframe at the time of your order and can only provide an estimated timeframe. We will communicate with you through every step of your order being processed.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery orders are shipped via standard ground service and generally arrive within 3 to 7 business days.

White Glove Delivery

Upon delivery, our friendly delivery professionals will bring the items into your home, place them where you desire, assemble and inspect the items, and remove and dispose of packaging materials. You will receive a call to arrange for delivery. Read more about white glove delivery.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary based upon the items you order and the appropriate shipping charges will be displayed in the shopping cart. To help make your patio furniture purchase more affordable, we offer you discounted shipping prices based upon your order total. The shopping cart will offer you the order total shipping cost when it is to your benefit. The following table identifies how this shipping cost is calculated.

P.O. Boxes

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes due size and weight restrictions.

Damages in Shipping

Although we strive to pack our items to arrive to our customers safely, accidents can happen. If there is damage to the carton, please do not refuse delivery. Inspect the item and notify us if there is any damage to the item. We will send you the pieces or a new item, if necessary, to rectify the damage. Your satisfaction is important to us. You ordered an item in new condition and that is what you will get.

Outside the Contiguous 48 States


Alaska

Shipments to Alaska will incur an additional shipping charge in addition to the charges described above.

Elsewhere

We will be happy to coordinate the shipping of our products to the remaining United States, not included above (Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO and FPO addresses), and anywhere in the world. These deliveries will require custom shipping charges based upon the items and shipping location. A customer service representative from PatioFurniture.com will contact you to provide a final shipping quote prior to your order being shipped or any charges to your credit card.

Please note that our shipping costs outside the United States and its territories do not include any applicable duty, value added taxes (VAT) or import consumption taxes. The recipient of the merchandise will be required to pay these additional costs at the time of delivery. We are unable to provide estimates for duties or taxes.
