Due to our multiple shipping points, at this time, we are unable to provide you an exact online delivery timeframe at the time of your order and can only provide an estimated timeframe. Inspect the item and notify us if there is any damage to the item. We will send you the pieces or a new item, if necessary, to rectify the damage. Your satisfaction is important to us. We will be happy to coordinate the shipping of our products to the remaining United States, not included above (Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO and FPO addresses), and anywhere in the world. These deliveries will require custom shipping charges based upon the items and shipping location.
