White Glove Delivery is the peace of mind solution for those who are not completely comfortable with the idea of third-party shipping. This is an enhanced level of service, designed to ensure that every item you purchase from PatioFurniture.com arrives in your home in perfect condition.

What to expect from White Glove Delivery

Total satisfaction. Unlike standard overland carriers, White Glove Delivery will provide you a much higher level of care in the transportation of your items from our warehouse to your home. We will NEVER leave your items at your front door or on the curb.

You will be contacted with plenty of notice to make sure you are available to be at home to receive your goods. Your patio furniture items will be carefully removed from the truck, uncrated and prepped by expert hands and placed exactly where you'd like them in your home. The items will be assembled when necessary and all packaging will be removed.

This is worry free delivery. No heavy items to move around, no complicated assembly to deal with and no piles of packaging left behind. All you have to do is enjoy your beautiful new patio furniture.

How much does it cost?

We have used our buying power to negotiate the lowest possible shipping rates with an eye toward making this service available to our customers as economically as possible. White Glove Delivery costs will be based on the purchase price of the products you are ordering. We will also use UPS and FedEx for smaller, individual items. Are there any limitations?

Because there are a number of types of residences, from single family homes to walk-up buildings, some restrictions may apply.

Order Processing

At PatioFurniture.com, we strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Since most of our orders are custom finishes or fabrics, our goal is to ship within 10-to-12 business days. Our non-custom orders generally ship within two business days. We make use of multiple warehouses as well as manufacturer inventory to expedite the process and minimize shipping time. We are unable to provide an exact delivery date at the time of your order, but we will communicate with you through every step of your order being processed and delivered.

Shipping charges will be based on the total purchase price of the items that you purchase and will be displayed in the Shopping Cart during checkout. The following table identifies how the shipping costs are calculated.

Local Trading Area

Free Delivery promotions are for outside of our Local Trading Area. Deliveries inside of our Local Trading Area will be made for a fee of $149. Local Trading Area is defined as the zip codes of the Local Trading Area of all of the Florida and California stores listed in the Store Locations section of this web site.

P.O. Boxes

We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes due to size and weight restrictions.

Damages in Shipping

Although we take great care to package our items in a manner that insures safe delivery, accidents can happen. Should you happen to receive a damaged carton, please do not refuse delivery. Inspect the item and notify us right away (888-372-8465) if there is any damage to the item(s). We will immediately replace the damaged item, or items, if necessary, to rectify the situation. Your complete satisfaction is very important to us and we pledge to do our best to make sure you get what you want the way you want it.

Outside the Contiguous 48 States

Alaska and Hawaii

Shipments to either Alaska or Hawaii will incur an additional shipping charge over and above the charges described in the chart above.

Exporting

We ship worldwide. We are glad to provide the coordination of shipping and delivery of our products anywhere in the world. These deliveries will require custom shipping charges based on the items and the final destination. A customer service representative from PatioFurniture.com will contact you to provide a final shipping quote for your approval prior to your order being shipped or any charges being accessed to your credit card.

Please note that any costs for the items purchased, or shipping, for delivery outside the Continental United States, does not include any applicable duty, value added taxes (VAT) or import consumption taxes. The recipient of the merchandise will be required to pay these additional costs at the time of delivery. We are unable to provide estimates for duties or taxes.
