White glove delivery is an enhanced delivery service. Like any delivery service, a package is picked up from one location and delivered to another. But that is where the similarity ends with white glove delivery and other delivery methods.

What to expect from White Glove Delivery

First, these packages aren't shipped in the same method as standard carriers. There is a much higher level of care while transporting your items from our warehouses to your home. Now, your order arrives to your home. The items are NOT just dropped off the back of the truck and left at your front door. You will be contacted to arrange a delivery time to make sure you are available. When the delivery professional arrives, your patio furniture order will be carefully taken off the truck and delivered to the location within your home you desire. The items will then be assembled and the packaging removed.
