Originally, this retailer was Garden Ridge Pottery, a single storefront in Schertz, TX, in 1979. In 2014, the company rebranded and took on the At Home name, complete with a new logo, showroom floorplan and blue and gray color scheme. Several years later, the private equity firm Hellman & Friedman acquired this Texas-based retailer.
With around 250 stores in 40 states, At Home gives customers throughout the U.S. access to their extensive furniture and decor selection. Although a receipt is unnecessary for this service, returned items must have their original packaging. Mattresses and sale items are ineligible for return.
